This policy describes how Chamundeshwari Chicken Hub ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website and mobile app.

• Order & transaction information — items purchased, delivery address, order status, payment method.

• Device & usage information — browser, IP address, session logs.

• Location information — only when you explicitly enable it for delivery or live-tracking.

How We Use Information

To create your account, fulfil orders, provide live tracking, calculate delivery fees, prevent fraud, provide customer support and improve our services.

How We Store & Protect Information

Data is stored encrypted at rest in secured MongoDB clusters and transmitted over TLS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access is restricted to authorised staff.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share order details with our delivery partners solely to complete deliveries. We do not sell your data. We use trusted providers (Google Maps, payment processors) which have their own privacy notices.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use minimal cookies / localStorage to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.

Payments

UPI and Cash-on-Delivery are supported. UPI payments are processed by your bank / UPI app; we never see your UPI PIN or full card details.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, download or delete your account data at any time from Profile → Delete account, or by writing to us.

Data Retention

Account data is deleted upon your request. Financial and order records may be retained where required by Indian tax and consumer-protection laws.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Account Deletion

Visit Profile → Delete account, or email us at support@chamundeshwarichicken.com. Deletion is permanent except for records retained for legal/financial compliance.

Security

Bcrypt hashing, JWT session tokens with 7-day expiry, HTTPS-only, rate limiting, and role-based access controls are in place.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the new policy.
