Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, weather or traffic.

Orders may be cancelled before a partner accepts them; afterwards a small handling fee may apply.

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Reviews you post must be truthful; we may remove content that violates law or these terms.

Fraud, misuse of coupons, harassment of delivery partners, and reverse engineering are prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or fraud.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Mysuru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
